The Homestead is a large four-bedroom house that sleeps up to eight people. This modern villa is set in a private one-acre garden. The Homestead is fully equipped and ideal for large family or friendship groups.

Privacy and comfort
As you approach the Homestead, you will immediately feel the peace and quiet. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, manicured lawns, and mature trees, you can almost feel the stress leaving your body as you relax into the countryside.
When you first step inside the Homestead, you will witness large open spaces and separate living areas. The Homestead features four bedrooms, which makes it ideal for large families who need space inside and out.
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and en-suite for complete privacy. In addition, there are two other bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and one bedroom with two king singles. All linen and bedding is supplied for all guests throughout your stay. The property is fully air-conditioned, with three separate zones created across all living and bedroom areas.
Fully self-contained
The Homestead is self-contained for your enjoyment, and the property has been renovated with modern bathroom and kitchen facilities.
There is an en-suite in the master bedroom, a separate family bathroom and toilet, and a fully equipped laundry. If you’re holidaying with a large family, all of these facilities will prove useful.
Kitchen appliances include fridge/freezer, range oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
The gas BBQ is located on the covered back verandah, and all BBQ equipment is supplied. If you need to buy food, there is a large shopping centre in Cessnock just 6 km away.
